Terms of Service

These Terms apply to NurseRegistryConsultant.com and to all services purchased through it. The site and services are provided by Nurse Registry Consultant, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us"). Services are performed on its behalf by Scott Strachan, RN, BSN. By using this site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

Each service is also governed by its own service agreement, which you accept at checkout:

• Nurse Registry Startup & Compliance Package Agreement

• Nurse of Record Agreement

• Hourly Review & Advisory Agreement

If a service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls for that service.

1. What we provide

We provide educational, regulatory, and operational guidance for nurse registry businesses. We act as a coach and advisor. We do not prepare, submit, or certify applications or regulatory filings on your behalf, and we are not a regulatory representative.

2. Business purchases

Our services are sold for business purposes only, to individuals and entities starting or operating a nurse registry. By purchasing, you confirm you are buying for business use and not for personal, family, or household purposes.

3. No legal, tax, or accounting advice

We are not your attorney, accountant, or financial advisor. Licensure submissions, financial representations, corporate decisions, and regulatory responses should be reviewed by appropriately licensed professionals. This also applies to answers from our AI assistants, which are study aids and not a substitute for the statutes, rules, or professional advice.

4. No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee licensure approval, AHCA survey results, avoidance of deficiencies, any agency determination, or business success. All regulatory decisions rest with the governing agency. You are responsible for your application, your disclosures, and your ongoing compliance. Your obligation to pay does not depend on whether you complete the process, use all included services, or obtain a license.

5. Electronic acceptance

When you check the agreement box and complete payment, you are electronically signing these Terms and the applicable service agreement. That acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature. We keep a record of your acceptance, including the date, time, IP address, and agreement version.

6. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. Charges will appear on your statement as NURSE REGISTRY ADVISOR.

• Nurse Registry Startup & Compliance Package: one-time payment, due at purchase.

• Hourly Review & Advisory: paid in advance, in one-hour increments, at booking.

• Nurse of Record: billed monthly in advance on the same date each month until canceled. Cancel with 30 days' written notice to [email protected]. Charges falling within the 30-day notice period are owed.

7. Delivery

• Package: materials are delivered when your client portal access is activated, which happens immediately after payment. Delivery is complete at that point whether or not you log in or download the materials.

• Sessions and hourly time: delivered when the scheduled session is held, or when it is forfeited under Section 8.

• We keep records of portal access, downloads, scheduled and completed sessions, and communications, and may use them to confirm delivery.

8. Sessions, scheduling, and access

• Package sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase. Unused sessions expire.

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. A session missed, or canceled with less notice, counts as used.

• A session counts as used when it is held, whether or not you completed the recommended preparation.

• Package clients have 12 months of access to the client portal and the AI assistants from the date of purchase. Documents you download during that time remain yours to use under the license below.

9. Refunds

Because our services are advisory and intellectual in nature, and package materials are delivered immediately, all payments are non-refundable once portal access is activated or any service has begun. Requests made before any delivery or scheduling may be considered at our discretion, less payment processing fees. Expired sessions, unused hourly time, and partial months of Nurse of Record are not refundable.

10. Billing questions and disputes

If you have a question or concern about a charge, contact us first at [email protected]. We will respond within two business days and work with you in good faith to resolve it. You agree to contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. If a payment is disputed or reversed, we may suspend portal access, AI assistant access, and scheduled services while the dispute is pending, and we will provide records of your acceptance, delivery, and use of services to the payment processor.

11. Intellectual property

All materials, templates, annotated G-Tags, guidance, and portal content belong to Nurse Registry Consultant, LLC. Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them only for your own nurse registry's internal operations. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or repackage them, or use them to consult for others. Portal logins are for your registry's use only and may not be shared outside your organization.

12. Confidentiality

We keep your proprietary business information confidential except where disclosure is required by law. Please do not send protected health information or other sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it through a secure method.

13. Communications

You agree to receive transactional emails about your purchase, scheduling, and account. Session scheduling, recaps, and service communications will generally be sent by email.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any service will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, regulatory penalties, or business interruption.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Exclusive venue for any dispute is Lee County, Florida.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
