Why Nurse Registry Consultant?

Nurse Registry Consultant grew out of a clear need for support in a niche industry. People trying to start a nurse registry had limited resources, and the help that was available focused on in-home care in general, without understanding the nuances of operating a caregiver registry. Scott watched prospective owners struggle with a regulatory model that is hard to navigate from statutes, rules, applications, and forms alone.

After nearly 30 years inside the Florida nurse registry model, Scott saw an opportunity to help new owners understand not only what AHCA requires for initial licensure, but how those requirements translate into an actual operating nurse registry.

His consulting focuses on practical guidance through startup and initial licensure: understanding Florida's nurse registry requirements, developing policies, procedures, and required documentation, preparing for the initial survey, and avoiding unnecessary commitments that can create compliance problems later.

The goal is straightforward: help new nurse registry owners understand the model, navigate licensure, and start with a strong foundation.
