Nurse Registry Startup & Compliance Package

The full path from planning to licensure. You get the document templates you'll need, a step-by-step walkthrough explaining how to use each one, and three working sessions with me. • Three working sessions (about an hour each; the mock survey can run longer): Getting started, Application follow-up and survey preparation, and a Mock initial licensure survey
• Nurse registry application support
• Proof of Financial Ability to Operate (PFAO) workbook (blank and example) to complete yourself, with support
• Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) template
• Annotated G-Tags highlighting important areas and common surveyor questions
• G-Tag and Z/CZ-Tag review
• Sample policies and procedures that directly reflect AHCA requirements
• Sample starter paperwork
• 12 months of member access to two AI assistants built on my materials: the Nurse Registry Licensure Assistant and the IC Compliance Language Assistant (in development)

Nurse of Record

Need a designated RN for licensure, or RN documentation for your clients' long-term care insurance? I can serve as your registry's RN, so you can get licensed and operating without hiring or contracting a nurse up front, and handle the essential LTCI RN documentation insurers ask for.

• RN designation for licensure purposes
• Essential LTCI RN documentation: up to 2 LTCI matters per month by phone (insurer calls or client-reported documentation)
• Additional LTCI matters, visits, and formal evaluations arranged and billed separately
• 6-month agreement, billed monthly. Renews in 6-month terms until canceled with 30 days' written notice.

Hourly Review & Advisory

Sometimes you don't need a package. You need someone who's been through this to look at what you've got and tell you straight. Book an hour and bring whatever you're working on. I'll go through it with you and tell you what I see — what looks solid, what AHCA is likely to question, and what I'd do about it.
